 I believe in a limited government. I believe the federal government ought not intrude beyond securing the basic rights of our country's constitution and leave most other choices to state and local authorities. So, I believe local authorities should be allowed to make their own choices about grazing, water rights, land use, and mining industry development, particularly when these choices primarily effect their communities.
I especially believe in protecting individuals' rights. So, I favor the repeal of the the Patriot Act and am against any movement to impose national ID cards. A person’s property rights should be honored and the use of eminent domain very cautiously applied, (unlike in the Kelo decision.) Also, parents should be allowed, (and supported in), the choices they make concerning their children's education.

I've been a Nevadaan for 33 years and believe my views parallel the majority of us who live in Nevada and District 32. I'm capable of respecting and representing our interests and so am asking that you would give me your vote. Let me be your voice in the Nevada Assembly.
